Biography

Francisco Lopardo is an independent pop/alternative music artist from Argentina. He started this solo project in 2018 although he has been dedicated to music for several years before.

He began playing classical guitar in 2009 (at age 8), but it was not until he was 12 that he got his first electric guitar and began to become fully interested in the world of music. It continued as a hobby with friends until in 2016 he started singing classes, officially formed his first band and gave his first live shows.

In 2017 he got an electric bass and recording equipment, thus starting out in the world of music production. As time goes by, Francisco became interested in learning to play new musical instruments and in expanding and improving his equipment and skills, so at the end of 2018 he began recording his first musical release "Way of Getaway", an EP that would be finally released on May 6, 2019. On October 12 of that same year, he released his first studio album "3 Son Multitud" together with Desensibilizados.

In 2020 the band released their EP "Alter Ego" and the Single "Despierta" in collaboration with the YouTuber Mastermildb. In March 2021 Fran released his second solo EP "No Funca." and in July of the same year Desensitizados publicly announced their separation.

In 2022 Francisco worked as a radio operator, and began receiving his first jobs on Fiverr. After converting to Catholicism, he decided to change the perspective of his music and began recording his first solo album La Victoria de La Luz Sobre la Oscuridad, which was released on December 1, 2023. He won the "Olavarría Compone 2022" contest in the soloist category, which allowed him to record an EP of Live Sessions in "Lanús Records" studios belonging to the city of Lanús. At the same time, he participated playing his own songs at the Olavarría Festival 2022, being one of the opening acts for "La Delio Valdez" and the group "Los Palmeras". Both events, accompanied by the musicians Annabella Stieb, Dante Galván and Matías Alladio.

In 2023 he was one of the winners of the second call for 2023 INAMU promotion, metropolitan regional category. Thus obtaining a subsidy to record the videoclip for "Fake Plastic Girl" from uavproducciones.

Today, its musical proposal is based on creating a new experience, breaking musical boundaries by combining many elements from different genres, and even some very disparate ones, to form something new, a fresh and unique sound that characterizes it. Generally he composes, records, produces, mixes and masters his songs himself. All this so that you perceive his art as similar as possible to what he had in mind. In any case, Francisco affirms that none of this would be possible without the help and support of his family and friends, who more than once participate to enrich this project and make it more interesting from various perspectives.

In addition to being a multi-instrumentalist musician, he has a degree in Marketing, graduated from FASTA University and he is the owner of Løpâ Music.
